The Tampa festival is a collaborative effort between many professional arts entities in Tampa who have coordinated with the City of Tampa, The Tampa Downtown Partnership, Visit Tampa Bay, many neighborhood entities and non-profits, and is part of a larger plan organized by Ignite Hillsborough.
